Kindergarten Jump Start Teachers
Summer employment is based on student enrollment, summer school experience, commitment to entire session, endorsements, and principal recommendation. Employment status may change during the employment dates.
Kindergarten JumpStart provides about-to-be kindergartners with engaging, hands-on experiences and social learning intended to support the transition to full day kindergarten.
Our Kindergarten JumpStart focuses on personal and social development, language and literacy, mathematical thinking, arts and physical development. Incoming Students will learn practical elementary school skills including school bus safety, breakfast and lunch procedures and meet people who work in the elementary school including the principal, teachers, cafeteria staff and the custodian.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Indiana Teaching License
- Preference will be given to current GCS Teachers

DATES AND HOURS: July 18th - 21st; Monday through Thursday - 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m.; 24 hours of employment (with planning)
SALARY: $40.00 per hour
