Elementary Principal Designee

POSITION PURPOSE:  Goshen Community Schools  an educational leader to fill in during principal absences or trainings. 

REQUIREMENTS:       

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid Indiana Teaching License
• Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience preferred
• Bi-lingual preferred

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Demonstrates strong communication skills.
• Understands and embraces cultural diversity and responsiveness.

• Utilizes effective communication systems to engage all stakeholders.
• Implements established systems, routines, behaviors and a code of conduct that prioritizes learning.
