The following vacancy exists in Goshen Community Schools for the 2019-20 school year:

Technology Associate – Administrative Systems

 

POSITION PURPOSE:  This position serves as the primary technical support for the Human Resource and Finance systems.  This position also manages and maintains these systems from a technological standpoint.

                                       

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Supports users in the use of the HR and Finance systems
  • Maintains the HR and Finance system servers and applications, primarily New World
  • Performs OS and application upgrades as appropriate
  • Maintains system backups as appropriate
  • Collaborates with the HR and Finance departments in the development of efficient and effective processes.
  • Maintains documentation for all technical aspects of the HR and Finance systems
  • Creates custom reports utilizing tools such as Excel, T-SQL, and SSRS
  • Completes federal and state reporting as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong Excel knowledge and experience
  • Basic skills in Transact SQL
  • Ability to work with others collaboratively and professionally
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues related to client and server operating systems

 

HOURS:  52 weeks; 260 days per year; 40 hours per week; 7:30am - 4:30pm

  

SALARY:  $42,500.00-$54,898.00, salary is dependent upon education and/or experience.
